Order processing times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy seasonal periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and other holidays, processing times may take up to 4 business days.

We appreciate your patience while we prepare and dispatch your order.

Shipping times

We ship from our warehouse located in Northern Ireland, GB. We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom and Europe.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it is in the hands of Royal Mail. Delivery should typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the postal service.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to customs delays for European orders.

Shipping costs

• Shipping costs are calculated using current Royal Mail shipping rates and will be displayed at checkout.
• UK Standard Shipping – calculated based on parcel size and weight.
• UK Tracked Shipping – available at checkout for selected orders.
• Europe International Shipping – calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel size, and weight.

Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes for European deliveries are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
